Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research: Therapeutic Pipeline Program (stage 1 proposal)

The Therapeutic Pipeline Program supports PD therapeutic development along the entire preclinical and clinical path. Proposals may seek support of key steps along the entire therapeutic pipeline, including: Therapeutic screening, identification and optimization; Preclinical in vivo testing (e.g., efficacy, toxicity, PK/PD, ADME, pre-IND); Clinical testing (e.g., safety/tolerability, efficacy). MJFF will commit up to $10 million to the Therapeutic Pipeline Program with the intention to support multiple awards. There is no set budget limit for proposals and applicants may request up to 2 years of funding for preclinical development or up to 3 years of funding for clinical development.
