Calls for Research Proposals
- General environmental topics: 150,000 NIS up to 3 years. Topics:
1. Defining Ecological, Economical, Commercial and Sociological indicators for Marine Ecosystem services;
2. Development of tests to assess toxicity as result of marine desalination discharge;
3. Development of tests to assess eco-toxicity impact of marine chemicals spilling;
4. Development of novel models for Environmental Entrepreneurship, stressing diminution or elimination of environmental impacts and optimal use of natural resources;
5. Biodiversity and Ecosystem services aspects in Terrestrial and Spatial Planning
- Production of biomass energy: 450,000 NIS up to 3 years
- Substitution for transportation fuel: 200,000 NIS up to 2 years
