MOST: Infrastructure Research in the Field of Cyber-Security and Advanced Computing

Research proposals in Cybernetic Security and Advanced Computing with budgets of up to 2 million NIS over 3 years. The total allocation for this program is 8 million NIS. The suggested topics are:
* Securing the various cybernetic domains, on all levels, from the global to the individual.
* Components of cyber-defense: monitoring, identification, prevention, recovery, real time scene depiction, damage monitoring, research, survivability, response, training and simulation...
* Cybernetic domain knowledge base: usage characteristics, processes, dependencies, threats and trends
* Non technological aspects as psychological, juridical and economical aspects, security, international relations, implementation of distant research methodologies as epidemiology...
* Advanced computing - Supercomputing, Cloud computing, Machine Learning, Robotics (*** Research proposals in Advanced Computing alone will be accepted but preference is given to proposals that are related also to cyber-security).
