Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM): Vision Grants - to improve patient care in the intensive care unit

SCCM supports clinical and outcomes research specifically related to the Society’s objectives: [1] Education [2] Integrated Team of Dedicated Experts [3] Outcomes Measurements and Reporting [4] Continuous Improvement. SCCM interest is broad and includes applications that focus on technical aspects, such as electronic surveillance systems, or studies exploring cultural and educational factors among ICU staff that either impede or facilitate a climate promoting best practice and error reduction. Funding: $50K for one year.
