MOST: Knowledge Centers (MERKAZEY YEDA) in "Fuel Substitutes for Transportation"

Funding: The total budget allocated by the Ministry is 3 Million NIS, intended to support one or more Centers. The budget for each Center should be at least 2 Million NIS for 3 years period while a minimum of 25% of the budget should come from own institutional resources. The Centers are expected to become budgetary independent and to cover their expenses by services provided and other sources.
