DOD-CDMRP: Ovarian Cancer Research Program (OCRP) - Pre-Application

- Ovarian Cancer Academy Award: supports the addition of new early-career investigators to the unique, interactive virtual academy that will provide intensive mentoring, national networking, and a peer group for junior faculty. Cost sharing is required through institutional match of $50,000 per year. (In this case, before starting proposal contact Research Authority for confirmation of the matching funds). Funding: $725K over 5 years.
- Synergistic Translational Leverage Award: supports partnership between two investigators who will leverage existing human-based resources to address highimpact research ideas or unmet needs in ovarian cancer. Must clearly define the synergistic components that will facilitate and accelerate progress in a way that could not be accomplished through independent efforts. Funding of $500K for combined direct costs over 3 years.
- Teal Innovator Award: supports a visionary individual from any field principally outside of, but not exclusive of, ovarian cancer to focus his/her creativity, innovation, and leadership on ovarian cancer research. Applicants must demonstrate national or international recognition in their fields. Funding from the Teal Innovator Award must be used for ovarian cancer research. Funding of $2,5M over 5 years.
