Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) Association: Investigator-Initiated Research Grant Program

Supports INNOVATIVE research of relevance to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), offering investigators awards in the following categories: Multi-year Grants: $80K/year for 3 years. Starter Grants: $40K for one year for New Investigators Entering The Field of ALS, or, Pilot Studies By ALS Investigators. These applications do not require strong preliminary data but must emphasize innovation, scientific merit, feasibility and relevance to ALS. Post Doc. Fellowship for ALS Research Awards (Spring cycle only). Funding: $40K/year for 2 years.
