Cardinal Health Foundation: Effectiveness, Efficiency and Excellence in Healthcare Grants (E3 Program)

Cardinal Health Foundation will award $1 million in grants to healthcare institutions to impact the efficiency and quality of care. Grants between $15,000 and $35,000 will be awarded to approximately 40 organizations in 2012.
Focus areas include:
1.Medication safety across transitions of care;
2.Implementation of WHO checklists in the operating room.
