Jerome Lejeune Fondation (genetic diseases with mental deficiency)

Therapy for genetic diseases with mental deficiency (trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), Fragile X syndrome, cri du chat syndrome, autism, rare chromosomal abnormalities, Rett, Williams Beuren, Willi Prader, Angelman syndromes, etc.). Fundamental or clinical projects are requested (neurosciences, behaviour, genetics, molecular biology, therapeutics, adult or cord blood stem cells, etc.), aimed at leading to the discovery of treatments improving abilities of patients suffering from genetic diseases with mental deficiency, especially the trisomy 21 (Down syndrome).
