Water Environment Research Foundation (WERF): Unsolicited Research Program

Pre-proposals. WERF offers up to $530K (in total) to fund pioneering research that will significantly advance knowledge and understanding in the protection and enhancement of water quality or the water environment and that could fundamentally transform how WERF subscribers perform their work. WERF also considers proposals that would take existing research to the next level of completion, resulting in practical solutions to water quality problems. Pre-proposals in all relevant water quality areas are welcome.
