Supports conceptually innovative, high-risk/potentially high-reward research that could ultimately lead to critical discoveries toward understanding the causes and progression of MS and/or improvements in patient care and/or  quality of life. MSRP Focus Areas are: 1) Biological Basis of Disease Progression; 2) Risk Factors (Identification and Modification) Leading to Prevention of MS; 3) Biomarkers for Preclinical Detection of MS; 4) Drug Discovery; 5) Biological Basis of Fatigue, Sexual Dysfunction, Cognitive Impairment, Affective Disorder, and Rehabilitation.
